BUNT activists from Magiliou have performed action. They've distributed leaflets in the city containing photo and distinctive marks of Main Suspect in blast case in Minsk on 3-4th of July. Youth asked everyone who knows man on the photo to call Magiliou police office. Interestingly enough man on the photo looks similar to the President of Belarus.
Activists of youth movement BUNT performed action against Russian intervention in Georgia in Minsk today.
An action of solidarity was performed near Georgian embassy in Belarus. Youth were holding banner "Belarus with Georgia! Russians, GO HOME!" and Georgian national flag. Letter of support was passed to Georgian embassy.
Picket near Russian embassy was not performed because of police.
Picket against Russian intervention was held at 12 o'clock near Russian embassy in Lithuania. Participants were holding Georgian, Lithuanian and Belarusian flags, posters and banners with slogans "Stop Russian aggression!", "Belarus with Georgia! Russians, go home!", "No war!", "Russia is not peacekeeper but piecekeeper".
Representatives of Georgian diaspora, Lithuanian youth, politicians of high rank and Belarusians - activists of youth movement BUNT took part in action.
Friends! As you know, action "Light a candle to support Tibet" has started in internet. Its initiators call upon showing solidarity with Tibet, lightening a candle on the 7th of August at 21:00 (Local Time). Action is due to 29th Olympic Games in Beijing.

Activists of youth movement BUNT extend their deepest sympathy to victims of explosion that took place on early morning of July 4th, during celebrations of the official independence day in Minsk.
We would like to firmly condemn actions of those who committed this horrible terrorist act and any violence as well.
An action against self-will of the police took place in Brest yesterday. Youth activists came to one of the busiest streets of the city with a banner “Human shield”: a traffic police was acquitted, the victims were charged”.
The youth had been standing for about twenty minutes, then the police arrested two participants of the action – BUNT’s activist Ivan Stasiuk and an activist of “European Belarus” Yaugen Skarbets.
Banner with such a text appeared on a bridge in Harodnya yesterday.
Harodnian students marked half a year of living without social privileges such a way and mentioned people that the Belarusian regime can do everything trying to survive, to keep the power and this issue concerns every citizen of Belarus.

A traditional action of Solidarity was conducted yesterday evening in Brest. It took place in the city center on crossing of Masherov and Cosmonauts avenues. The participants of the action were standing with the photos of the political prisoners.
The police also "took part" in action fulfilling there plan of catching "criminals": four BUNT activists were arrested. Syargey Srednikau, Ivan Stasiuk and two girls were set free after several hours passed.
Trials of the participants of yesterday’s action began only at 6:00 pm.
The guys were changed with obscene lying. BUNT activist Gleb Kurtsou and correspondent of “Nasha Niva” Yaraslau Stseshik were sentenced to 5 days under arrest.
Another Bunt activist, who was arrested yesterday, Smitser E., was allowed to go without a written protocol.
Today at approximately 7:30 pm during the action “All Dictators are the Same,” which took place near shopping center “Nyamiga,” police arrested several BUNT activists and a journalist from “Nasha Niva” Yaraslau Stseshik. Currently their cell phones numbers are inaccessible.
The young people were conducting a survey. Citizens were offered to answer a question “Do these people look similar?”, after they were familiarized with the portraits of such dictators as Hitler, Stalin, and Lukashenka with children, in military uniforms, etc.
During the celebratory activities on Victory Square in Babruisk on May 9 BUNT activists congratulated WWII veterans with Victory Day. They gave the veterans flowers and cards. One should say that grandpas and grandmas very positively regarded the Belarusian language; they gave words of thanks and shook hands with BUNT activists.
One can differently view contemporary implications of that war, discuss changes of occupation regimes and authoritarian manipulation of the lives of common citizens.
BUNT activists participated in the patriotic athletic game “Zvityaga,” organized by the Ukrainian youth organization “National Alliance.” On the pictures – arrival of the participants and instruction of commanders.
BUNT activists took part in the Ukrainian patriotic team game “Zvityaga” (“Victory”). This event was brought to life by the Ukrainian youth civil organization “National Alliance.” The gathering occurred between May 1 and May 4 in the woods of the Valynskaya region. Altogether about 200 people from the entire Ukraine participated in the game.
The purpose of the gathering was to increase the level of patriotism among the participants, polish physical qualities and spiritual strength, and develop mechanisms of team work.
This weekend BUNT activists from Baranavichy organized distribution of printed materials. The movement’s activists distributed flyers with the movement’s manifesto, flyers and stickers with words “Enough waiting, it is time to act!”. The majority of printed materials were purposefully given to potential activists of the resistance movement. They were passed around in places of youth gatherings.
BUNT activists from Baranavichy together with other local representatives of the democratic movement put in good order the site of the former prison “Crooked Stake.” A Cross in memory of the victims of Stalin’s victims was mounted at this prison’s site in 1992.
The activists cleaned up the territory, planted flowers around the Cross, and made nesting boxes for birds. Towards the end of the activities they also sang Belarusian hymn “Mighty God.”
An action on the anniversary of the Chernobyl accident failed to attract many people this year: only about 1,500 citizens participated in the event, mostly young people. Mensk police force reported the official number of 750 participants. Nobody was arrested during the action this year.
The rally, during which civil and political figures and academics spoke about the issues of the building of the atomic power-plant and the circumstances of the incident, took place near the Academy of Science.
An action of solidarity with the Belarusian political prisoners and those being accused in the “case of 14” occurred in Vilnius.
On April 16 in the evening students of the EHU (youth initiative StudAlliance) placed a stand with writing “Play with dolls, not with people’s fates!” near the Belarusian embassy. Young people left one doll for President Lukashenka, one for Minister of Interior Affairs Navumau, one for the head of KGB Zhadobin.
These days BUNT activists in Brest conducted a massive wave of agitation.
A great amount of flyers with words “BUNT. Do not wait for changes, make them!”, hundreds of graffiti with the web address of the movement’s site, slogans “Long live Belarus!”, and the Belarusian coat-of-arms “Pahonya” (Pursuit) appeared in various districts of the city.
Rapid reaction of the authorities towards these “opposition malevolencies” has already become customary.
